This suite of profiles has been developed especially for
use as a roof lining panel for applications where structural
integrity is essential prior to fixing the outer skin. Available
as standard in a white polyester finish on a substrate of either
Galvanised Steel or Aluzinc, 0.70mm thickness. Other paint systems
available subject to enquiry.
The standard profile, 32/1000LS is shown with swages in the
trough of the profile. For use with certain standing seam systems
the profile can be rolled without swages to avoid interference
with the halters, 32/1000LN. Both versions can be curved if required.

Steel White Liner
The tests were carried out using a test rig and impactor which
complied with details in the standard. The construction was tested

depending on weather conditions, (dampness), during assembly.
Testing without should give an additional factor of safety in
the result.
An SFS Fastner reference SDL3-L12-T15 5.5x25 was used.
