Twin Skin Insulated Roof System

Coverworld site assembled built up twin skin roof systems comprise of a coated steel profiled weather sheet, non-combustible mineral wool insulation layer, galvanised steel spacer support system and white profiled liner sheet. The system can be tailored to suit specific U-value and non-fragility requirements, on roofs with a minimum pitch of 4° after deflection.

The external weather sheet is available in a comprehensive range of profiles, coatings and colours, which provide the architect or specifier with an aesthetically pleasing, versatile and cost effective building envelope solution for almost any project.

All of our external weather sheet coatings have an external roof fire exposure rating of BROOF(t4) to BS EN 13501-5, together with reaction to fire classifications of either A1 or C-s2,d0 to BS EN 13501-1.

All materials used within the system can be supplied by Coverworld, which ensures peace of mind for all components in the roof structure and convenience of an integrated supply chain solution.
