Curved Sheeting
Coverworld can provide sheets to form a fully curved roof, or curved ridge and eaves sheet to enable full continuity between roof and wall.
Our trapezoidal and sinusoidal roof profiles are available with a crimp curve option, providing an aesthetically pleasing solution and the practical advantage of lower apex heights. When used as a curved ridge and eaves detail, it is possible for the eaves guttering to be hidden away or placed at lower level for maintenance.
The CR32 and CR34 trapezoidal profiles are our most commonly curved sheets and are complimented by the CL20 and CL32 liner profiles when twin skin built up systems are specified. Other profiles are available, subject to minimum order quantities.
Curved sheeting is suitable for many project types including industrial, commercial and agricultural applications, such as poultry houses.
A complementary range of curved flashings and associated accessories are also available.

When ordering curved sheeting, we require information from you so that we can correctly manufacture the required product for your project.
We have a full set of order forms available for our curved sheeting to help provide us with all the required information. We can also take dimensions from an undistorted sample, if you are matching or extending an existing building.
There are limitations on maximum sheet lengths and minimum radii, depending on profile.
