The 0.7mm thick option has been tested for non-fragility in accordance with ACR(M)001:2019 Test for Non-Fragility of Large Element Roofing Assemblies (Sixth Edition) and achieved a Class B rating.
Typically supplied in white to provide an attractive internal surface to the building and ensuring a high level of light reflectivity. Other colour options may be available – please contact our sales office for confirmation.
CL32 liner profile can be supplied as a ‘no-swage’ option, which comes without the mini-ribs in the trough of the sheet.
For projects that may require an element of sound absorption, we can offer a ‘pan-perforated’ option which has perforations to the wide trough of the sheet.

CL32 profile can be used to form a fully curved roof or alternatively with curved eaves/ridge.
Curving data as follows:

The self-curve radius is meant as a guide only as this figure is dependent on material thickness, sheet length and purlin spacings.

The CL32 profile will be manufactured with a minimum straight leg of 150 mm at each end of the sheet and without the side lap support leg to create an equal lap (symmetrical) detail. Please contact our sales office to discuss all curved sheet properties prior to order placement.
To meet the increasing demand for reduced levels of reflected sound within buildings, the CL32 profile liner sheet can be supplied with perforations to the large pan and used together with a dense mineral wool absorbent layer.
The CL32 Liner profile has been developed especially for use in roof lining applications where a class B Non-Fragility rating is required, prior to fixing the outer skin.
The CL20 lining panel is also available in a ‘reverse’ configuration for under purlin applications where the white enamel finish is applied to the opposite face of the regular CL20 profile.
