This profile has perforations to the wide trough of the sheet, which allows sound energy to penetrate the surface and be absorbed and dissipated by the mineral wool insulation within the cavity. Particulary suited to large open plan building applications such as sports halls which may suffer from excessive sound reverberation, where sound waves are reflected back into the room. Enabling the sound energy to be absorbed into the cavity will affect the overall noise level and the sound quality and clarity within the building.
Available in white 0.7 mm thick material to provide an attractive internal surface to the building and ensuring a high level of light reflectivity.
CL32 Pan Perforated liner profile can be supplied as a ‘no-swage’ option, which comes without the mini-ribs in the trough of the sheet.

To meet the increasing demand for reduced levels of reflected sound within buildings, the CL32 profile liner sheet can be supplied with perforations to the large pan and used together with a dense mineral wool absorbent layer.
The CL32 Liner profile has been developed especially for use in roof lining applications where a class B Non-Fragility rating is required, prior to fixing the outer skin.
The CL20 lining panel is also available in a ‘reverse’ configuration for under purlin applications where the white enamel finish is applied to the opposite face of the regular CL20 profile.
