C4S Roof Profile
C4S is a unique product to Coverworld, manufactured from Plastisol coated steel, providing an exact match to the old ‘Trafford Tile’ asbestos profile.
Cover 6 Roof Profile
Cover 6 is a unique product to Coverworld and was developed to exactly match the traditional ‘Big 6’ asbestos profile. This profile can be installed on to new roofs with suitable steel or timber purlins at a minimum pitch of 4°, after deflection. Additionally, this profile can be utilized on refurbishment projects where the steel sheet can directly overlay an existing Big 6 sheeted roof, after the fixings have been removed.
Available in Goosewing Grey, Anthracite and Merlin Grey 0.7 mm thick plastisol coated steel with the full 1016 mm cover width as shown below, however it is possible to manufacture in other colours in the plastisol and Granite HDX coated steel range, but this produces a sheet with reduced cover width of 871 mm. Please enquire with our sales office prior to order placement.

Sheet Lengths
Sheets are cut to your specified lengths, subject to the following allowable range:
| Standard sheet length range | 1.0 m to 10.0 m |
| Minimum sheet length* | 0.7 m |
| Maximum sheet length* | 12.0 m** |
| Maximum unsupported length of sheet | 0.3 m |
*Any non-standard sheet lengths may incur additional manufacturing, packaging and handling/delivery charges.
** Sheet lengths up to 14.0 m may be possible, depending on full order details. Please discuss with our sales office prior to order placement.
Curving Options
Cover 6 roof profile can be used to form a fully curved roof or alternatively with curved eaves/ridge.
Curving data as follows:

| Maximum length of crimp curved sheet | 6.0 m* |
*The maximum length of crimp-curved sheets is dependent on the type of curve.
The Cover 6 roof profile will be manufactured with a minimum straight leg of 150 mm at each end of the sheet. Please contact our sales office to discuss all curved sheet properties prior to order placement.
